A Cortina bike is not only high-quality but also a feast for the eyes. With their stunning models and colors, Cortina always has a bike that suits you.
Adversary:
Gen Z is really into fashion and cares a lot about their style. They want to be unique and they don’t wanna follow the crowd.
The worst thing that could happen to them? Their style being copied.
Is this true? Maybe a little. Fact is that Cortina’s Gen Z target audience places great value on how they present themselves. And their bike is a important part of that. A Cortina looks so good that drivers become unintentional style icons. Therefore, there’s a good chance they’ll be photographed everywhere.
Cortina drivers are constantly photographed.
And their style is constantly copied.
A bike that can’t be copied.
Can’t be captured.
That’s why we developed a limited edition e-bike for Cortina: The No Photo Edition. A fully reflective bike that makes it impossible to capture the driver with flash photography. A perfect solution for every Cortina rider who wants to escape the paparazzi and the copycats.
How does it work?
The secret behind the bike.
The No Photo Edition e-bike is wrapped in special reflective material. This material reflects the light rays back to the source, making only the frame visible when photographed with a flash, while the rest of the surroundings fade away.
A very, very, very limited edition.
For a group that already has everything.
The trend-sensitive Gen Z target group had the chance to win the very, very, very limited edition e-bike, which was launched in an online video. In the video, we see a Cortina driver on the run for the paparazzi, with the No Photo Edition providing the perfect escape. The No Photo Edition was the successor to the Reflection Ride, marking the next step in the activation strategy we developed for Cortina. With this strategy, we tap into the target audience’s world and make them part of the campaign.
